Paper and materials
White-top, virgin kraft and recycled paper reels from established international mills are checked on arrival and recorded by grade and supplier.
Corrugation, print and finishing
Board, print registration, dimensions and gluing are checked during the run against the job card.

Finished goods are inspected and counted before they leave the plant, with defects recorded and reviewed.
Consistency built in
Upgraded automation across corrugating, printing and finishing reduces manual variation, so the thousandth box matches the first.
Traceable by job
Every order is traceable through its job card, so a repeat order is made exactly like the last one.
